Action Poker keeps crashing on me like 4-5 times a session.. I think it has to do with Vista but I have played on over 10 pokerrooms without the problem. I even closed my antivirus and turned off my firewall, uninstalled and reinstalled but find the same problem everytime. Anyone else have this problem?
Edit: Talked to support and gave them the screenshots. I lost a lot of $$ with the crashes, I'm happy they gave me $20 but I know I lost a lot more then that. Next time I get a crash, I just have to contact them immediately..

Vista is not to blame, the crashes happen to everyone playing there. My pc runs xp and i have em and so does allmost everyone i talked with on action poker.
I am having constant problems now they've started the resizable tables. You cant do anything and have to close down your screen and re-log on which is a pain in the backside if you are on a full table and a waiting list. You lose your place at the table.

HMM and now with Shaun gone,( he was the only one who IMO helped out the site), I am thinking that things will only get worse as far as traffic on AP goes.

LOL, Shaun actually paid me the money from a bet he made, but I struggled like mad to find a game, in the end I gave it to the casino. Funny how when I did get a table I was playing all the old regulars, nice to have notes :}. oddly enough shown in the screen shoot, what a chit turn. I do think AP will suffer without Shaun

Never happened to me. The only two bad things that happen to me in this site is suffering a lot of bad beats and having difficulties to stop the sit out mode. When i register to a tournament and i get late for about 5 minutes, when i return i keep clicking the "I'M BACK" button but its like program wouldn't correspond and i keep loosing BB's at least more 3 times minimum. Its the only site where that happens to me, can't figure out why...

Posted by GeneYuss: fochizza, do you get the same error message? And do you run a 32bit system or 64bit?
I dont play there anymore but i did get those messages when it crashed. My home computer is 32bit, the one at my dorm is 64bit but both run on 32bit windows XP and both had the crashes.
p.s. I didn't have those crashes in the first weeks (lets say the first month), but after an update one day the crashes started to occur.

i played there for a couple of months and it happened to me all the time.until i noticed that it only happened when i close a window..so some times when i was playing i had like 10 open tables
but seriously, the support should look into it and really try to solve the problem

Hey Guys,
This problem appears to be because of the resizable tables release - we are looking at these problems - we did a hotfix yesterday for a couple of bugs and trying to correct the others at the moment - as you guys have previously stated it only happens for some players - on my PC is all works fine, but others have the problem or it crashing - but yes we know about this and trying to fix ASAP.
I believe that the IM BACK bug was in the hotfix yesterday and should now be fixed - let me know if it still happens, so I can speak with our developers.

Ya, I had the crashing problem before the resizing too. I haven't had a chance to play there since.. it totally sucks when you're multitabling and AP crashes. A few times I quickly opened AP back in time for a big hand but that takes 20-30 seconds.

I had also the problem during a big hand in which I was involved. When I was back I had only a few chips left and lost the bubble play. It was only a 5$ SNG, but I was the chip leader. The other thing at AP is the little traffic...
