Hi!
Is there anybody who got their money from action poker?
firs I got 40 dollar (bankrollmob money) on actionpoker account. I wined 1080 dollar. I earned 460 POP in 30 days and made a deposite
then I requested payout
they denied. I got this email: ".......In order to complete your withdrawal we are still missing the information for the VISA card .... (last four digits). We require a copy of your picture ID, copies front and back of the card and a completed Credit Card Security Form........"
I sent them these documents.
I requested again. They denied. " Email address registered in your poker account must match the email address registered in your MoneyBookers account. Please update. "
I did this but I am begining believe that I won't get my money

Did you deposit with the VISA card and then tried to withdraw to moneybookers? This is allways asking for trouble. And yes, you should have one email address for your poker playing. Makes things easier.

I have the sam problem!
I dont uderstand why do you need a copy of my credit card! I have called my bank and they told me that no one can request such things from me.
You wont pay me on my credid card. You are payin to the inernet wallet. So i understand if monaybookers would need such a things...
I have also spoken to a friend who plays poker on internet. He have make many witrawals but he never needed to sand his card or your credit card statement. He just sand his addres and copy of passport.
