I would suggest you contact their support and tell them about the problem, in order to solve it. Personally I never had any problems playing at Action Poker.

Its not happening to everybod but there were already other complaints about Action. In my case everything always went well, except for the late restart when i want to pass from sit out to "i'm back". They always let the table play at least another three hands, its awfull. But now they even have resizeble tables, they are beting in upgrading their software. Contact them directly, or try to delete and make the download again...
You lost all your money becuase the software went loopy ?
Either you had your entire bankroll at the table at once, in which case you deserve to lose, or you clearly didnt stop when the software went bad on you..
Either way, I dont think you have anyone to blame but yourself

hi guys,
we the problem occured when we released resizable tables - currently fixing the bugs at the moment. I have also spoken to card room about the HU rake. The are looking at this and should be changing it - as you say that amount isnt right.

Then perhaps Action should be starting to give many back their that they are out,( I was one of them i dont play Action anymore). $3 is high and I bet Action has made a few now off this and thier past/present players.
