Just wanted to share that BWIN have now taken almost a week to proceed a withdrawal to neteller and according to the chat in there I am not the only one. One person even claimed that his money disappeared (but I must stress that this is just what was said in the chat!).
I have tried several times to get a status of the withdrawal after loading up the required documentation, but no response.
Posted by AvegZ: 3/6 i requested to withdrawal, the 12th they said they had recived my withdrawal request, and it would take 2-5 days so good luck waiting.
Seems like crazy things are happening at bwin and I always thought they are professional...

Bwin support is the worst, it takes them 2 weeks to reply an email and they wrote the email in danish. When I came on forth place in a freeroll and didn't get any money they said it was a freeroll for play money, after I complained 5 times they gave me the cash.

hollywood, red kings ,tower etc which are on the ongame network with bwin they have live chat and lobby support bwin only has email support and there the biggest site on that network hard to believe but its true and they dont seem to care how long they take answering your questions and cashouts from there are a discrace iv never used a brm code there and still have trouble cashing
i now play from hollywoodpoker.com on the same network cos they have live chat, lobby support and email support and they are actually very good at helping you and my cashout there of 1800usd only took 4 days to get into my bank tops

Easy to get huuh. They support real madrid and thats expensive. Also its a well known strategy from bookies to wait, wait and wait in hope of u getting tired and bet it all or spend it at someting stupid at their site. And bwin is one of the worst in the market by a countrymile I think.

Its always very simple and fast to deposit but always very complicated and slow to withdraw. You should get used to it. But at least they always admit clients is almost always right. Don't get angry with them. After all, it was through them that you got your load!
I just checked my bank account and guess what...? The money is in there. They didn't deduct a single dollar. My bank charged a small fee, but that's all. I requested a wire transfer on 15/06, and today is 17/06. Well, I won't say anything bad about Bwin.com. So far - so good.
