Sometimes people lie on their applications and it slips through the net.. I see it all the time when I refer people here and to other sites.
You will always get people who try to get away with it, and on occasions some do get succesful, though the numbers that do are very small.
The point isnt about whether he got away with it, its the fact he did it knowing it was wrong, and now hes been found out hes crying because he got caught.
Whats really amazing is he thinks hes entitled to get his winnings, as if they belong to him. They dont and never did. They belong to the players who lost their money to someone who lied and cheated to get free money and played with money he should never have had in the first place.

Its all your fault to create a new account when you already have an account in fulltilt. They gave you the bonus and no doubt you worked hard to grow that bonus but you don't deserve to even get the bonus so quit your crying. i think if you don't play for long periods they just recycle the funds but the accounts will remain forever.

Great thread, once a lier/cheat always a lier/cheat. Yes he should be banned from bankrollmob, it is clearly abuse, cant see him trying to defend himself. I dont see why Ft etc dont spot them before asking for withdraws, i quite sure that the money will not be paid to any losing player so would be in the intrest of players to spot it befor it happens. i am happy to announce that it has been sorted and my funds are being returned to marcmunday as i had not cheated any1 out of there money i had earnt it honestly i had an account previously that i had used but not deposited the funds were given to me by a friend
i had not used marcmunday since playing from marc b munday i was lucky to meet ben and doug supports if u have an problems there i suggest u request to speak with them they r great

You deposited thats why your funds are being returned, but you didnt deposit because a friend gave it to you.

More importantly, you claimed you didnt know it was a real money account, but you miraculously now remember it was because your friend loaned you the money.. How can you think it was a play money account knowing your friend lent you money.

You played both accounts recently. You must have known that duplicate accounts are not allowed on FTP or any other site. On the other hand You are lucky this was FTP support which usually choose best solution for the player and not themselves. In my opinion they should have return money to players from which you took it and give you only Your starting $100 followed by closure of both accounts.

From what i can make out- you first had a real money account in ftp, but never deposited then you found about brm. you clearly ignore the instructions( its written 3-4 times you shouldn't have an account before there) and sign up for free money. then you deservedly lost all your brm bankroll. after that you decided to deposit/ transfer money from a friend then u win more money and request a withdrawal. Ft search their database and find out about your old account and freeze your funds. You get angry and come here asking for brm to help you( you abandoned brm after getting the bonus and didn't visit after that till nw ) You get criticised by everyone for breaking the rules. Right lets look at this first bit... You say you hadnt used htat account in YEARS.. Well thats not true we can conclusively prove you used it just over 12 months ago. That does not constitute YEARS. You quite clearly state you believed the only money that could be in the account came from a freeroll. Firstly we now know that to be untrue because hte money didnt come from a freeroll. it came from the $600 you won in a $26 SNG.
Can you answer these very simple questions in a simple YES OR NO fashion.
1) Did real money go into the first account YES / NO
2) Did you play a $26 90 man SNG and win $600 YES / NO
3) Did you create the second account knowing you had used a real moeny account on FTP before YES / NO
4) Did you claim a bankroll from BRM knowing that you were not permitted to do so because you had previously opened a real money account with FTP before YES / NO
Now even a simpleton liike yourself should be able to manage those four simple questions in a YES OR NO format..

You had MONEY go into your account. DOesnt matter where it came from, doesnt matter who sent it. Money entered the account, and you played poker with that money. The moment that happened you had a REAL MONEY ACCOUNT.
WHen you apply for hte BRM money it says in big letters, if you have had an account with FTP before you are not allowed to apply for a no deposit bonus. You went ahead and STILL applied knowing that you had already opened an account with Full Tilt poker in the past.
when it says a NO DEPOSIT BONUS it does not mean you can have it as long as you didnt deposit previously. it means you dont have to deposit to get it.. Surely you are not that stupid that you thought because you had an account with FTP but hadnt deposited in it you were eliggble for a bonus...
