When i wrap up a session i normally finish on a $1 SnG and Just totally Donk it up then log off go do whatever BUT before i start my next sess i tend to glance thru my HH to see if there is any changes i can make
EDIT: when im not playing poker im swimming or jogging or forum scrolling or spending time wit the family i cook a mean sunday dinner IMHO

I make myself a cup of tea or watch some videos. Sometimes I watch serials, sometimes comedy. If the session was minus, I will studying poker (watch video, read books, analyze last session).
