I have just lost almost all of my monthly bankroll....Booooo I started this evening with $290 and now im down to my last $30. I'm not to bothered really as i have had a good run this month and have already cashed out $700. I've played a bit pants tonight so once i'm out im gonna be off till next month when i will deposit again i should be quite hungry by then and play a little better after going through my data. I know i'll look at my crazy all in with AKo on a rag board (6 3 10) after a raise to be called by 33 and of coarse loose to trips........ all my own doing
I have some easy lessons to learn.....STOP BEING STUPID...... sometimes i really hate myself for being soooooooooooooo stupid

Well this stupidity can help us win big sometimes also And when you lose money like that it motivates you to play better next time and win it back, so in a way it helps unless you lose too much and go bankrupt. When you have a big profit at your back you tend to be careless and take risks as you know even if you lose you will still be in +ve, that happens with me too

Was that AK hand due to to tilt or just being stupid? I never tilt of money, as soon as I loose I tilt some nodeposit casino $ of instead but I've lost several buy ins when I'm tired and just playing stupid.

Your variance is big. Are you playing in your limits? Congratulations for the huge profit, but to grow continuely your bankroll you have to respect the bankroll management and deal with the tilting problems, that is the biggest problem for all of us, i think!
