Posted by aikstefan: Hmm, i have whating for about 2-3 weeks and still no bonus yet Only me who havent get the bonus?
Well, if you didnt get it yet, there might is a reason. You should send back an email, mentionning your PSR and the code 50DOL to request it again.
But you have to know that if you or somebody from your home already openend and account on 770 and received a no dposit bonus, you cant get this promo.

Posted by sirbranco: Hello...
The tokens expired in 7 day's...
But i join a tournment of 8.30 Circus, but the Circuit was cancelled by the poker770...
As, this tournment only happends one for week... I lost this token? Is not fair...
Regards,
Something similar happened to me too. I joined one mtt and it got cancelled, I lost the token.
770 is a joke, this offer is a joke because they take any unused tokens back within a week. there's only ONE $7.70 game per week, o if you're not around that weekend to use it you lose it for good. They really should not take tokens back, it's really bad. I never bothered depositing because of this reason alone, I would have otherwise, as I like their casino.

Yes this site works in a very manipulative way.
With regards to their giftcardoffer it said that you have to rake 100 hands in order to get the mobgift. But in reality it is not just raking a 100 hands. It has to be 100 rakes at a minimum 0,25/50 cashgame table. (at least somebody from there supportdivision told me this)
Makes a big difference for me.
I knew the offer was to good to be true if you could just clear it by raking 100 hands at a headsup 5NL cashgame. So I asked poker770 who decided to ignore my actual questions the first couple of times before finally answering.

I have obtained gift just by playing nl10 full ring. When i collected 100 points i send request to brm and two weeks later 5k mob points were on my account here.
But i can't withdraw my money from this room. I have requested withdrawal long time ago and it's still 'pending'. They support sucks as hell (A WEEK TO REPLY? LMAO).
The 3000 circus tournament has been cancelled for at least 3 weeks in a row now, becuase it never gets the 200 players needed. Second time my token expired, i emailed support about this issue, and got a new token which was valid until 2 of Sept. Now, the one this week was cancelled again, i regged on the one for next week and that went fine. Now, if the next weeks also get cancelled, my token is again useless.
They really need to get this sorted. Its really ridiculus. And not to mention how rude the online support was regarding this issue. After chatting for 10 minutes with the totally rude and stupid person, I decided to email support instead with the story. It took one and a half day to get an answer, and I got my new token.
Seriously, if you are not French, or Canadien on this site, you get really treated bad. Biased as hell towards French and French canadian players.
Anyway, lets hope that the next 3000 circus will get 200 people it needs.

These are the reasons these poker sites crumble and fail miserable, I expect to hear the demise of 770 within a few years. ignorant support, bad, misleading offers, slow withdrawals [if any] and the constant cancelling of listed mtts .... shoddy in the extreme, really badly run.
And where is their rep to answer for or defend them?
