hi,

a question about cash out from action poker. in the terms they say:

"In order to cash out the player must make a Real Money deposit and have earned more than 450 POP points in 30 days."

i have more than 450 pop but earned in a longer term. can i cash out? or do i need a period of 30 days within in will earn 450 pop?!

Have you tried to ask Action pokers support ? Im sure they will help you and dont be afraid to ask about cashing out your money , nothing bad will happen ... Tongue

And if they answer and you have still not understand, send again a mail, until you understand... dont worry about that !

you should be able to cash out man give it a go, if it doesnt work ask action poker support.

Yes you can cash out you should have no issues what so ever. I wrote the T&Cs.
