i am a coin collector, in fact im a coin broker, i buy and sell coin as a hobby, if these coins are worth money or not depends on how many were made, as i read the article they say tens of thousands were probably made so $50 each, hmmm im sure about that, but in time their value will increase much beyond that, a lot of coins have worn die faults but with the coins mentioned above this isnt the case, the die fault in those coins is human error and VERY VERY lucky to pass inspection, so if you find one, keep it.
id say 2 or 3 hundred pounds will buy one, but i think they"ll drop in price after a week or 2 and then go up as the years roll on, a valuble coin though.
If I'd payed 5000 pounds for a 20 pence coin then I think I woud won't free post and packing......I think some pepple have got more money than sence
I think I can feal myself seting up an ebay scam .........I have just found 20 off these coins in my back pocket ...... payment by paypal and you can be the owener of one of these little coins for the very cheep price of 10,000 uk pounds

you have some ? or is that the famous donotra wit i can smell lol, IMO by the shear number of them on ebay they are faily commom, the mint said maybe 10s of thousands but they maybe trying to downplay the error (which is huge, and someone will lose their job over), it could be that their are 100s of thousands of these puppys doing the traps, by the number of them on ebay that wouldnt surprise me. the best way to find out is to find out how many coins an english die spits out before they replace it, a die is basicly the stamp they use to indent coins, to my way of thinking the faulty die wasnt noticed until it had made it quota of coins, so if you find out how many coins a usual die makes then you will know how many their are, in theory.
