Well,it is not exactly like that.I made 650 points there and didn't get 10 $,so i contacted their support and they told me i need to do 1000 mansion points to get 10 $.

yeah they just tring to snake you,just keep hassling them,they give you your money,i had this problem and the fixed it up aftera few live chats,they come good on the deal.

Yeah,but their live chat is very laggy.I type there with 2 words in minutes and now they ended my chat .

We're waiting for Mansion to get back to us on this one. Usually it's a matter of the support department not being properly up-to-date with the thousands of different promotions they probably handle Sometimes its also because there are stricter rules for certain countries (due to low player value or high fraud risk), that we don't know about or they were added later on.

sorry admin, my english is not good so I cannot understand properly your answer: if is mansion or BRM non uptodate: I'm in the same condition of scoussar so I ask this question the 10$ are released at 650 pts or 1000 pts? and to mantain the first $50 I've to reach 5000 or 3250 in three months?

Mansion Poker shouldnt do that, chancing the rules this way. But dont worry, mansion poker is a great poker room, and the points are easy to do. Three months is more than enough to do the 5000 mansion points you need. Good luck at tables!

Mansion changed this about a month ago from 650 to 1000, so where as I was earning $10 for every 650 points, now it is $10 for every 1000. I contacted them about it and they told me "that I would still get $10 for every 650, but I must earn at the rate of $10 for 1000 and what is owed to me at the end of bonus expiry under the old 650 points ruling, will be credited to me" this is because I joined them when it was $10 for every 650 points earned. I will just have to wait and see if they are as good as their word. If not, I am going to kick off

Everybody who received their Mansion Poker no deposit bonus *after* June 1st is on the "$10 for every 1000 points"-plan. If you received your bonus before June 1st you're on the 650 points plan, so you should contact the Mansion Poker support directly, if the bonus is not being paid out properly.

Dos anyone know how many % that makes in rakeback? Because it sounds like a very low percent of rakeback in my eyes - well, I shouldn't sit here and complain over free money
