dear t3ddy, we noticed you havent played for a long while on party poker. keep your account active and play at least one raked hand, else you have to pay an administrative fee of $5 if you dont play within the next 15 days after recieving this email. it says its written in the T&C´s...i just dont wanna check it out because of this.
not like i care much about this (else i would have played at least once no PP in the past 6 months or even more), but this is not the right way to treat his members imo if someone enjoys to play on other pokerclients, then party poker should try to get you back by bonuses or something and not to threat you with fee´s.......just LMAO.

thats the funny part, i dont have 1 single cent in my account on party poker. the only room i have money in my account is pokerstars and if i plan to play elsewhere then i definatly cashout to use the full deposit bonus.
you say other rooms do that too? ok this might be an extreme example now, but what about players who are addicted to poker? they force you to rake a hand just not to pay a fee? it wont be only 1 raked hand if your addicted....note: extreme example well yet i havent recieved such mails from other rooms. its about the principle. they need me - i dont need them ! thats why i dont get it with the fee threat...if other rooms do that too. they simply could close the account if inactiv.

not as if they dont make enough money anyway.scammers.poker sites terms and conditions change all the time and they can pretty much do what they like.i hate to say this but online pker should be allowed but there needs to be more government input from our own countries,to keep the bastards honest.

11.2. Once Your Account has been deemed Inactive we will be entitled to charge You an administrative fee (the 'Inactive Account Fee'). We will deduct an amount up to the Inactive Account Fee amount from Your Account Balance on the day following the end of the Grace Period and then every thirty (30) days thereafter in accordance with the Inactive Account Fee Schedule. If we continue to deem Your Account Inactive for a period of eighteen consecutive calendar months, in order to safeguard your monies, we may withhold any remaining monies in Your Account and close Your Account. You may contact us to reclaim any such withheld monies at any time.
We will stop deducting the Inactive Account Fee from Your Account Balance if Your Account is re-activated by entering a tournament, or making a cash bet or wager, or by playing a raked hand, by making a deposit or upon closure of Your Account in accordance with 11.2 above.
to all the pokerroom hopping players:
check out if some of the pokerrooms you play at have the same rules. next time you decide to play you may notice that your bankroll is shrunken $5 per months x 6months x 10 rooms = -$300
