well things can change quickly and obviously sometimes they skip their own T&C´s - except they do not deduct fee if your accountbalance is zero - even though i recieved a mail they would.
after i wrote a mail to their support, a nice guy immediatly responed to my mail with the note that he will assure me that he will fund my account if they ever deducted a fee. and on top i get a "welcome back" bonus of 50% up to $250.

Yep i already heard about that! Party poker does that and if i am not mistaken i think everest poker does that too. It is their way to make sure you play (or lose) the money you have in their account. I agree with you when you say that it is not hte right way to get the players back.
Zero cash balance = zero monthly charge for inactivity surely, its not like they can withdraw it from your bank account or wherever your poker funds come from without your permission, so up there's.
