Hi all, I have only joined BRM over the last week, but what I have experienced so far is this; my first bankroll ($10) with pokertime came through after a couple of days, but then I applied to party poker and was rejected and the stated reason was that it was not tracked through BRM, however I had followed the same application process as pokertime and they were responding to me ON MY BRM ACCOUNT! I have sent a number of emails to BRM admin over the course of the last week asking for further clarification, and have not received a single response. I have tried to access the live support function, but every time I do it says they are offline. So I thought I would attempt a different bankroll offer, and applied to Titan poker and success, my request was accepted and now just had to wait for the $ to hit the account, which was six days ago and you guessed it.....Nil funding! Which is really screwed, becaue now I have an account with Titan, I cannot go through another of the numerous other sites like this one to get the offer. When I approached Titan to see what the go is, they responded by saying that I had to take it up with the adverttiser of the offer, which I would do if I could get any sort of response from them at all! Just as one last point.......I got onto the site this afternoon and seen they were advertising a BRM sponsored $1500 freeroll, you just need to deposit a minimum of twenty dollars to enter, ummm maybe I am just really stupid, but that would mean it is not a freeroll. I have been looking at a lot of different poker sites lately and I have to say, presentation = 9, service = 0, ability to deliver on bold promises when you sign up = -9.

I'm sure it wont be long till you receive a bunsh of posts in this thread, saying BankrollMob is not a scam. But until then, please post the ticket ID's you received after e-mailing our support, it's an auto-reply you get within an hour after contacting us, it's usually LTK.... and then a number. That allows me to look up your support ticket.
Also, what is the Titan Poker TTR accountnumber you have, so I can look that one up?
It's not our fault that your Party Poker request was denied due to tracking issues. If PartyPoker tells us that your account is not tracked to BRM, then there's nothing we can do about it.
I'm not sure what you mean about PokerTime, we don't have a $10 PokerTime bonus?

blufftoomuch, Let me start by telling you BRM is no scam... infact that is quite laughable. hehehe BRM has given out soooooooooo many bonuses over 150,000 bankrolls given out. Dont do the big I am shite, We can see you have only just got on this site so dont piss people off by badmouthing a very decent and well run site just because you have had a little difficalty getting a bonus. Wait and it will come, and if it dont then be polite and contact the support. they are only doing a job so be cool and you might get some where
I have had 3 bonuses out of this site so far and yes i have had to wait for a couple of them but what the hey....... its free $$ that i have made more $$$ on , so lets gat it into perspective FREE $$ = MORE $$$

first off let me say this is the best site out there that offers no deposit or any other kind of bonuses - to prove, just click on my name and you will see that i recieved 7 no deposit bonuses. i dont think you will find a better site. most of the time i recieved it within 48hours. sometimes it might take a bit longer because your not the only one who requests a bonus !

i can confirm that. but im sure if you write a "kindly email" to the Pokerroom support then they will fund your account - if you really downloaded the software through BRM. just stick to the facts and be kindly!(well chosen words have power ) 90% of the time it works.

blufftoomuch I must say that i don´t have the same opinion. I have request so many bónus here in BRM and never had problems. Just 2 poker sites recused, but that´s my fault and not BRM fault. One I forget to put the bónus code in another i had a previous acount that i had canceled but still active in the moment of the request. Keep in mind that there isn´t anymore site like this in the net where you can request more then one bonus in just one place. That is great !!!

scam or no scam, i applied for mansion poker yesterday and the SAME day it was on it and i received an email about it.... Many pokerroom (except celeb) can learn from this kind of service and response time...

Ok Ok, maybe BRM is not a scam, but at least I managed to get a response! I recieved a response to my original request 21 minutes ago (10 days after posting it) LTK145013103857X, and I guess the answer is....I am screwed eithier way. I have never had a partyy poker account, and I never had the opportunity to enter a bonus code. I did not know about having to delete cookies, and I am not sure if my browser is set to accept cookies (whatever that means). I love poker and thought I had found a site that I would enjoy being a part of I guess, and felt really dissapointed by the experience. My titan poker account is TTR107021142, if you could sort out what went wrong with that I would be very appreciative

TTR107021142 is not in our system any where. Basically that means, nobody never requested a bonus for that accountnumber with Titan Poker - and we're not magicians, we cannot issue a bonus without people requesting it

lol buddy I still have not seen you apologise to BRM, Admin as well as the BRM members for your original post!!! Now you want Admin( who BTW is a good guy and has always helped us and would you too if you only could follow some simple instructions), to assist you in getting your titan bankroll!! As Admin has said above you must request it! Did you after downloading Titan follow up at bottom on BRM page with the request button???

Blufftomuch, your right its a huge scam, I mean iv been here, well too long, and have still not won the lotto, I mean is that random??, and only ever manged to get a 1000-1 win on the safe, RIGGED, and you wont belive this, I was once rejected from a bonus offer!!! WTF huh. Blufftomuch, youd be best keeping the money in you pocket as having no patients and jumping to conclusions tends to work out bad in poker. (im sure you will apply for more so GL too)

Bankrollmob a scam, lol thats a funny joke. With so many people getting no-deposit bonuses, so many people cracking safe and winning lottery i don't think any other proof is needed. If you fail to follow the instructions properly then obviously you won't get the bonus.Don't worry be careful next time, brm has a lot of bonuses
