GOoooooooo Ivey :D  0
Phil has made it to the last 27 in the Main Event and is currently running in 4th with >11m in chips! It's looking like he'll make the final table! Worship

Do you think he'll win it?

Nope. He has a 1/10 chance to win i guess. So it is more likely that some other donk will win it. But maybe he can make some prop bets with Esfandiari at the final table. Cool

Outstanding player.
One ofo the favourite ones for victory.
As I told in another post I prefer Esfandiari not because I think he's stronger than Ivey but for the way he plays

Maybe he will, but then again maybe he wont. Lets face it, who wouldnt want to be in the last 27 right now.

he will probaly make it to the final table, and get knocked out there. dont think he will win.

It is very difficult to win, but he has great possibilities, because he already did the more difficult, he is in the last 27 players in the World Series of Poker! I think that in his mind he only sees the final table and the first prize!!! 8 million!

From what I've seen/read so far about the WSOP Main Event 57, it seems like Darvin Moon got very high chances of winning a bracelet this year. But my personal favorite is Billy Kopp, because he did very well this summer at the WSOP and he already went far in three tournaments, with a payout of $260,000 overall. Thumbs Up
Ivey and Esfandiari will make it to the final table, imo. Im no big fan of both these guys, but anyway, they are great players though. Blink

I love Esfandiari and I'm rooting for him, like he always says "I love America" on HSP when something crazy happens. But Ivey is 4th in chips and is a very good player so unless some1 gets very lucky agaisn't him or some crazy setup hand like the quads vs royal last year Ivey will probably take it down.

Huge favorite from the outset, then even bigger as he gathers more and more chips, but I dont see him taking it down, moon now has a fairly big lead and i belive he will keep it as ivey tightens up and starts droping chps, just my thoughts. Final table for sure.

I believe he can, but i dont know if he will. Poker level at this time is so high its impossible to say who is playing with the best strategy, who is controling who. Just remember Gus Hansen back in 2006: from bottom of the ranking in the final table up till the top! It will be hard, but we will know the decision soon, it has to finish today so...

Are they showing the main event on PKR? I can't seem to get video to run the live feed at their site :/

I think I would too be happy if the magician gets to the final table, maybe he'll liven it up a bit.

My personal favorite at the Main Event is on the TOP now, oh yes baby!! Cool
I know that everything can change very fast in Poker, but I have this feeling and Im pretty much sure Billy Kopp is going to win this. He started as a newcomer at live events this summer and already reached so much, but still, his potential is huge and he is very young, too.
He is one of the upcoming poker stars! Thumbs Up

Ivey has made it to the final table in November. But he is one of the smaller stacks.

Poor guy who bubbled in 10th place got aces two times in the last hands. First time he got no action, second time his opponent flopped a set and busted him. Shock

Yeah he's 7th in chips with 9 odd million. The final table is going to be a must watch!

I hope Ivey wins. Last here Esatgate was a surprise, but after that never seen/heard anything great about him. Only about him folding trips against the king of the maniacs.

Hope a great player wins this year, if not Ivey, the Esfandiari would be good.
