Just reply to the e-mail you received (the one above), and write that you had a chat with mansion poker support about your username being correct, you can attach the screenshot too. Just try to keep it plain and simple so our support doesn't have to spend half an hour reading through everything

This is probably WAAAY off the mark so don't take offence, I'm just pointing out something I noticed, your BRM username is "kingkoopa2010" however, in the email it says the username "kingkooopa" is incorrect. This one has an extra "o" in koopa. I assume you know this and it's probably cause the name was already taken or something. But on the slight chance maybe you accidently typed an extra "o" when you notified BRM of your username.. I know probably not the case.. but .. you know,never know

No the same bonus has came back 3 times saying my username is incorrect?
I spoke to mansion support and told them they said YES YOUR USERNAME IS KINGKOOOPA (yes with the extra o) ive screen printed my mansion account and fowarded it off to bankrollmob. I know i have done everything right, as i doubled checked each step.
