Is it just me or the support here shite, have deposited $20 with the bonus code SUMMER. Tried contacting support to get my 5000 gemstones, finally after over 30 minutes, a person by the name of Joey answered. The message I got kept saying, support is busy dealing with other customers. Now with 1042 players online, just how busy can they be, imagine if ( and thats a big IF ) they had a customer base the size of pokerstars, how the hell would they handle it. Do you find this problem with Action Poker?

Took the whole afternoon to check a problem with multitabling glitch. First contact was quite quick, but the final one after sending some screenshots they requested took a lot of time.

First time, when i opened my account, things didnt run very well, but after they made some improvments, everything started running just fine. I only have a problem with the "sit out" mode: when i click the "I'm back" button, the game continues with me sit out for at least a couple more hands, wich is very annoying.

Well i have not yet tried the Action Poker Support. So i have no idea if the support of action poker is slow or not. May be they get lots of support ticket so they are slow.
I think this is pretty slow IMO. An easier and quicker way to get in contact with support is via online chat. There's usually someone on the other end within a minute or two, on most sites I've played on.

I don't have an account at action poker, but it's sad to see that much lag with customer support with only 1042 players online. anyway i don't mind waiting for 30 min if they solve the problem.
