I have only played a little on each but i prefered absolute poker over ultimate bet poker... No real underlying reason other that it played a little smoother really.

I prefer Ultimate bet because I have won little money from there. I like pokersites who have good freerolls and I don't think Ultimate and absolute poker have good freerolls

I don't know about action poker, but both absolute and ultimate poker are horrible. don't know about other people but i had terrible badbeats there, out of preflop 12 allins, my bigger pair has lost to a smaller pair 7 times. Out of these two i think ultimate bet is better, as tables of absoute suck, i don't feel like playing at their horrible tables, they look so bad

i don't like any of them. tested both, so i can say i liked the UltimateBet Software a little bit more.
edit: just saw you also asked for acton poker, well zhe software was better i think, but there not so many players, took too much time to wait for other players when i wanted to play SnGs
