Yesterday, I requested everestpoker gift card for 100 poker rake hands. And I ve already done and submitted my request. However, today I go back and see it is changed other request to claim bonus with 150 points.Beside, luckily I also earn more than 150 summit everest point. So could I receive my gift cards if i requested my gift card before new bonus request with 150 points ? Shock

How much is 150 summit points?

How many points do you get for each dollar if you pay in buy in (SNG or tournament).
And how does it work with rakes and summit points?

If I am supposed to ask Everest directly please let me know.

For SnGs and tourneys it is 8 points for every dollar in fees.

For cash games it is for every dollar in rake: 3,5 points on HU tables, 1,4 points at 6max tables, 1 point on full ring tables.

You must get dealt cards to get the points.

Really? So 150 summit points can be earned by playing four 5,50 dollar SNG's (20 * 8 = 160)?

If that is the case it is certainly a good offer Smile

Nope. A $5 + 0,5 SnG has a $0,5 fee => 4 points. You would need ~40 of them.

Hmm Ok thanks....

Do you know if there is any time limit to reach those 150 summit points?

Aside from that is Everest a good place to play poker?

Personally I like to play tournaments with low buy-ins from 5,50-22 dollars and regular SNG's at 5,50-11 dollars buy-ins with enough time to play defensively in order to beat aggressive fish.

Would be nice if you could either recommend Everest or perhaps another site. You seem to be a more experienced player than I.

Smile

Everest is a nice room. Fishier than Stars or Full Tilt. Player base is big enough. Software is a bit dull and slow, but gets the job done. Bonus system has made a turn in the wrong direction recently, but the $50 for 150 points offer is good.
