Im normally patient in waiting and dont mind waiting, but its now been 2 and abit weeks now and still havent got my mansion bonus, its come back 3 times rejected as BRM said my username was wrong, i screen shotted my account and sent it off over a week and abit ago, i was told it would be sorted in a few days this was over a week ago, im sick of sending emails as i dont get a reply, if anyone from bankroll are reading this, im asking nicely if somone can please fix this and get it sorted for me
all u need to to is contact mansion as they said this to me, ive contacted your live support 2 guys said they would get in contact with mansion, im still yet to hear anything, (i know its the weekend so im not expecting it done today)

ive done everything that was asked, provided screen shot of my account, i just dont understand why you guys cant contact mansion via live support and verify my username so i can get my bonus?
Anyway i hope somone reads this so i can get it fixed asap.
