I have a kind of a problem.I mean,it's not a problem,but I think can be.I deposited at FT some days ago and in my personal details,I didn't write my full name.Was my mistake.I have two "First names" and I wrote only the first one.For example a name:Chris John Paul and I write only Chris John.After I made the deposit I can't edit there anymore.I sent them an email with my identity card and I told them to correct my mistake.Can be any problems in this case?

its not a problem they just use ur first name and last name to made your payments or check your deposits Blink

If you used Moneybookers as payment method for that deposit... you'll not get problems to withdraw later even if you miss to put that name... so what did you use?

I used credit card.I've sent an email to their site four days ago and still no answer from them.I've sent the same email today again.

Usually when you make a deposit using Neteller (just for example), when you go to withdraw they will just use what you had before so it goes into that account. Good luck

They obviously processed your deposit successfully. Usually if your names don't match up on both account and credit card, they will decline it. But it went through, so there should be no problems there. And everyone is right...FT support will help you by changing it.

these things happen all the time.if you sent them a copy of your id all will be ok.people stuff these kinds of thigs all the time.you be right mate. Smile
