I have been in touch with TITAN in regards to the 20.00 no deposit bonus and have been unable to obtain it they claim that I m ust deposit first in order to qualify for it. I was told to get in touch with Bankroll Mob.

Maybe you made the same mistake I once made.....? By not creating the new account through BRM, but directly at Titan instead? Anyway, good luck collecting more no-deposit-bonuses!

if you have and old account you wont be able to get the bonus ? duno if this has anything to do with your case tho.

when i got the bonus with party poker they told me that same thing in a live support window that open by itself, so i contacted the web that was giving me the bonus and they didnt answr... but the bonus arrived... so may be u just should not belive europeans online poker supports teams contact bankrollmob's team
been like 5-6 weeks now.
