From this you have listed i would choose Poker Tracker, but personaly i like Hold'Em Manager Pro. Some friends bought it and it gathers a lot of info about the players. Some friends let computer running tables, even without them playing, just for the software to get more acurate results from each player, possible oponents. If you get to understand all its possibilities, you will really be in advantage when playing with someone the software as already readed (the minimum recommended are 1.000 hands).

My opinion the best poker room is PokerStars! First of all it's the biggest one, then there are to many tournaments and satelites to many events. And at least the WCOOP - there
