For me Phil Ivey deserves a place in the "Poker Hall of Fame", is a very good player (one of better at present) and has a very interesting strategy, so much in hold'em as other varieties of the game.

Phil Ivey does deserve a place in poker hall of fame, but he's very young for something like this, i guess it will be mike sexton who gets inducted this time.

Tom Dwan nominated? Hmmmmm Dwan have great skills no doubt but nominated? Maybe in 2015 when he proves his streak continues but for now too early imo.....

Many would like to see Phil Ivey recognized with the Poker Hall of Fame entrance by his work at the tables, which is being admirable, but thats not the only factor counting to get the entrance. Its like having a great poker player in BRM who doesnt comment articles nor forums, who doesnt invites friends and only took a few bonuses. BRM will not have enough points for him to transform into money. With this argumentation, Mike Sexton really seems to be the most probable candidate to enter it.

how could someone nominate Tom Dwan? all the others are playing successful for many years and Dwan hasn't done anything for poker. Sexton deserves it most, he is not the best (though a good) player, but no one has done as much as him for poker in the last years
