was sitting in a 5$DoN and doubled up in 1st hand
now after some orbits of sleeping i got AdQd 3rd position 8 were left.blinds 75/150 ante 10. raised up to 375 ( BigBlind was shortstack with ~750) all folds but Bigblind calls.. thought hmm wtf?thats a push or fold to me ok, flop was something like 6J2 and he put his remaining stack into the middle... my thoughts were ok i hit zero but 2 overcards, maybe a backdoorstr8 and his play seemed like a stop and go play... ok fold could be wrong and the odds say yes too i called and he shows J7 and no further help for me. imo it was correct to call his ~400all in bet after the considerations i made

Yes I think you were pretty much pot committed. Doesn't say how much you have but I'm assuming you can comfortably call, otherwise your first raise wouldn't make sense. I think you had to take one for the table so to speak. His range is easily flush draw if not ace high, maybe a low pair so you have to call. his play stinks calling with J7 although being short stack he hasn't got much choice.

You have the odds to call, but i guess it would have been better to put him all-in preflop. You have made nearly a minbet, and some players call that light.
