if youre a gambler your most addicted but if you play proffessional you can stop at the right moment when you see that you tilt .. but i think youre not a gambler so its okay

I think you're addicted when you let poker become the most important thing. You don't go away with your friends, you don't go on vacation,...
I play poker when i am bored. I will never chose playing poker online when there is something else to do with my friends. And when there is something interesting to do: vacation, festivals, party, just having a good time... i don't miss it.
It is just when i'm watching tv at night, or just a boring day, that i want my laptop in the sofa and play some poker .

poker addiction is auctually physical - it is the adrenaline rush that one gets...if you would rather be playing poker than - out with your wife - playing with your kids - even going to church - it may not be an addiction but it is a problem....when I play I find myself waking up early in the am to play...am i addicted - nope - but it certainly can be a problem...that's why i have never "referred" a friend..
but if you play proffessional you can stop at the right moment 
when you see that you tilt .. but i think youre not a gambler 
so its okay
