I don't know about BigBet but You need to ask the VC support for the bonus. They won't deposit by themselv. You need to also send them a copy of an ID and bank statement for your address verivication. It's better to do it asap as they are counting the time for clearing the bonus from the time you have send the request for it. In general VC bonus sux a lot and their software sux as well but anyway GL.

I got both of them within 24 hrs, but some people have problems getting it, if yours is also delayed try contacting their support they might require your id/other documents.

VC was the very second i signed up to them. but I took the offr direct a fair while back, you should expect to wait around a week, some come a lot sooner. I think they both pay quickly and then do the checks.GL.

When i signed at vc (long time ago) i had to contact them through the live chat option and they credited the bonus instantly. someone said that vc bonus sux but if im not mistaken they have the fastest release bonus scheme than any other site. juts make a few comparisons with other well known sites (like titan and mansion featured here) and you will see the difference.

The bonus at big bet poker came very fast, within 24hours. put till now my account isn´t aproved by brm and its over a month ago since i registered..?!
