that must be incredibly frustrating, but ultimately these large poker sites have proved themselves to by, whilst sometimes troublesome and less-than-helpful, ultimately not rigged and certainly not scams.
Just too many people play and for tooooo much more money than you are talking about.
I'm really sorry that this has happened to you, but surely you can just provide them with the information they have requested ?? You alluded to the fact your account was suspended (pending documents) and not removed/closed. So it seems you can fix by doing what they say yes ??? Most sites ask for this stuff sooner or later (that being generally when you first withdraw) so you'd have to do it before you banked your bucks anyway. I don't see problem, just send them all the random crap they asked for and then play some more poker and not worry about that this ever happened ??
