Hi. is there any way to find out what is happening with the everest poker gift? i have requested it on 20th of July and still no news of it. i know it takes a while but how much longer?

man thats way to long ago,yes deffinately contact support and see what they say.it shouldnt take that long thats a bit excessive.they fix it up or you stuffedl

Please send an email to klaus (at) bankrollmob.com with your everest accountname and best to include a screenshot of your points too, so we can crosscheck with the information we receive from Everest, just to make sure.

eek...is that necessary ? because i uninstalled everest (unstable software/to complecated to multi) im patient enough to wait 2-3 weeks more, but if you need that screenshot then im gonna install everest again

Am afraid a screenshot is necessary so we can crosscheck the details we receive from Everest, normally this is not necessary though, but better safe than sorry.

Hi. I cant find the page with the gifts any more (probably removed) but if i remember right the play through was 100 raked hands and not SP. And im sure i played more than 100 raked hands while the SP are less than 100. I hope im right about this. If thats the point i can provide you with the details you asked but if the requirement was 100 SP... And if it was SP that i needed am i still eligible for it to keep playing and get the rest? Thanks

Mober - I just noticed, you haven't claimed the gift (5000 MobPoints) yet. When you sign up, you also create the "gift request", but you don't claim it until you have met the requirements (100 raked hands or whatever).
You need to go to your Mob account page and click the button that says "Claim" next to the Everst Poker in the "Bonus Requests" table.

I did claim it. It was due over a month. And after my first post in this thread i got a mail saying i was rejected cause i didnt met the requirements. And the mail was saying try to meet the requirements! I deposited 50$ and played the 100 raked hands which were the requirements. So what i did wrong?
