i think to create a website is a good idea. One which i often use is referring people to bankrollmob in a Freeroll. The most players in a freeroll want some money but don't want to deposit anything

No problem but look out because at some pokersites you can't post a site with a . (dot) in it so for example you have to type wwwdotbankrollmobdotcom instead of www.bankrollmob.com...( i always try with . and if it dont works i just use DOT)

Just remember - don't spam or post in forums where referral links are not allowed, or else....

But if you have a myspace / facebook / orkut etc etc -profile, maybe it's allowed to post your link there, in your "blog" or "profile area" or something? Be sure to check the terms first

Another good way to get referrals is actually talking to your friends! I know that sounds a little idiotic, but it´s true. You know that weekly poker game everyone plays? Or maybe that weekly tournament? Word-of-moth is a great marketing tool aswell. Good luck to all!

Maybe you can add it to a search engine, like google, yahoo, altavista, etc... Talk to your friends about it, word-of-mouth does miracles! Like it was said before, if you have Myspace, Orkut and such, you can put it there too.
Basically those are the free ways in which you can advertise your site.

I wouldnt mind paying a small sum to get it more advertised. If it even get more hits i would consider getting a .com for it. Since im referring to 5-6 sites wich can give alot of profit actually. =)
