I'm your situation too, but I'd like create a $ account.
I've heard that Net is pretty good, because you have the opcion to receive a Net card at home and make withdrawls a lot easier. However, a lot of people said that moneybooker is better. Let's see what is going to be the poll result.

Lemme answer your questions
Moneybookers is very easy and fast to setiup Make SURE!!! U set your currency in € if u want it that way because after you made your first deposit / withdrawal, or any money has been placed in your account, ur unable to rechange currency.
Verify ur info and increase ur limits by verifying adress etc etc. Most rooms work with mbookers anyway, and this is next to Neteller one of the fastest cashouts.
VERY - for mbookers : Support, They have such a slow support, like FTil and they barely answer them.
Neteller
Is very good If u work with larger sums, and also has more security then mbookers. Mbookers can be easily hacked instead of Neteller is way much difficult. To get thet NET+ card, U need to upload and verify your documents, wich is standard, I did that instantly and they were verified after 2 days.
+ for netteller = Live chat support, and U can also request callbacks so they call U for handling some matters if needed.
Fees at neteller are bigger then mbookers, so making wise decisions when moving money from sites to neteller / sites to mbookers or from ur ewallets to ur bank accounts.

You can change the currency in both Neteller and MoneyBookers only once and that will be final. In MoneyBookers in order to do that you will need a new email and a new phone number while all other data remains the same. But in both you have to do that over the phone and Neteller calls you on your registered phone in order to finalise the change. And as i said it will be final. Be carefull with the prepaid card too in Neteller if you ever get one, choose the same currency with your account or else you will be charged with fees every time you load the card and their fees are pretty spicy from what i saw in their site.

both are fine. mooneybookers is a bit cheaper. if you use it for bigger amounts then id recommend neteller as its more secure else mooneybooker will do it.

I have opened acounts in both Neteller and Moneybookers and first i was thinking about using Neteller, but we have to pay a tax to do it, and on Moneybookers that doesnt happen. And it is possible to use it in every sites i want to, so it is the right choice to buy things online. Just need to gather some more info about how to withdraw from Moneybookers to the personal real bank acount, but i am sure everything its ok, considering the huge number of users.
