3 days, as in weekend and bank holaday monday?? Either way 3 days is not a long time, wouldent even bother emailing them untill atleast 1 week has passed.

instantly ? then they have diff terms for each player. on my promo it says after 30 days. since FT has the slowest support ever it makes no sense to eamil them cos you will recieve it the day the gonna reply on your mail give em a week.
