I think he will loose the cash I'd say what he did was wrong as he played a different persons account if hed transfered the buy in then won it that would have been OK but did he not think to just cash out from his girlfriend account? that would have been the ideal option I'm sure he knows that now but heindsite is a wonderfull thing. I wish him all the luck as it was his play that won the cash I wish him good luck but fear the worst.

Crimminy what the hell is wrong with you people? I cannot believe how vicious you are. Put yourselves in his shoes. This shouldn't be difficult for any of you as I know that each and every one of you have made stupid mistakes. It is one process by which we all learn. The gentleman deserves praise for winniing such a large ammount of money, as well as sympathy and compassion. There are many people in the world who cannot offer compassion or sympathy or any other true feeling. We call these people sociopaths. I wish for you great good luck Sir.I hope with all of my heart that you are able to collect the money. I really believe you will. It is bad publicity to not pay out a jackpot no matter what the cirmstances are. I think you willl be paid and most likely be issued a stern reprimand. We all make mistakes my friend, don't let the bastards get you down.

yeah, thats pretty good, he was very lucky. They prob paid him as well as ban because it's probably worth the pay-off to avoid having every poker forum on the internet spammed with FTP hate

Glad to hear he got his money. I'd say the only reason Full Tilt gave it back to him tho was that they probably weren't allowed keep the money so they probably just let him have it back. Otherwise they would just have had to send it elsewhere, i.e. the other tournament entrants or something.
