10 bet informed me that I missed out on the available bonus! WTF!? There was clearly 2 left when I registered! If someone happened to get in there just before me that' completely unfair. I aren't saying it gives them less right to a bonus, it's just that it annoys me that the only thing that get's people to be sociable in a community is to bitch/complain about something.

Seriously, in real life too, I've done a little community work in a small town and honestly 80% of people who show up to meetings, just show up to "contribute" a complaint and demand some kind of action.

So few people willing to put in something positive but willing to complain.

I just think, for people who have taken other bonuses successfully why not post a thank you to BRM ? If a bonus not coming through is worth a post, surely a bonus coming through is also worth one ??

I'm not saying anyone is less entitled, but it just bothers me that this site gives out free cash and it generally goes along pretty smooth considering it's a web site with international customers giving out free money to gamble with and having to partner this with gambling sites as well. It's a big/good thing BRM do and it shits me that people can be a member so long and ONLY post to bitch about one thing that didn't work perfectly for them. :/



I wasn't defending them, but maybe they have bad english or something, maybe that's why they don't post much?

Seemingly I can't avail of this 10bet offer because they say all bonuses were given out the day I requested - not the case, when I registered there was 2 left, I should have taken a screen shot. I think 10bet are a bit iffy, promising bonuses to get new customers. i was told via e-mail I missed out BUT I could avail of the first deposit bonus - how convenient. I could have availed of that without doing it through BRM.

Mine says verification too, but over at 10bet they say I missed out - BS, I know i got in with 2 bonuses remaining.

I emailed BRM and they should be working on it. I will personally give them 14 days and then contact them again.

10Bet on the other hand isn't exactly impressing me - Send an email a week ago to there support and so far no answer yet!

But I trust BRM will fix this.

They replied to my mail same day, but only to lie and say i missed out on the bonus.

I mailed BRM just now and got an instant response, maybe they'll get some sense from 10bet?

We're pausing the 10Bet promotion from our side until we can figure out the reason why so many people doesn't get the bonus.

But you can still contact 10Bet and ask them for your bonus if you didn't get it.

Thats it! I am through with 10Bet!

They claim I registered when all the bonuses were taken, which is a lie. Before I registered there was 17 bonuses left and when I was done there was still 6.

I did download there client through bankrollmobs bonuslink a day or two before I requested the bonus to save me time. Perhaps this is the reason - I don't know.

Anyway since there support division lies directly up in my face instead of apologising and trying to fix the problem, I will probably not play there anyway.

I didn't think any supportdivision could be any worse than poker770's, but I suppose I was wrong. 10Bet takes the new top spot!

I hope 10Bet go broke!!!!

ps: my status on the brm page change from request to forwarded but i still didnt get an email nor some bucks in my account.. however i think there is one more thing, do we have to apply here with the ACCOUNT Name or the USER Name? i was pretty sure that i wrote you the booth name in the comments when i applied for the bonus..

in the details for the bonus it says

Once your account has been created, please enter your new 10Bet Poker accountname below to request your free €10 bonus.

so is the accountname the name at the login or the screenname for the others on the tables aka the username?

My status changed to forwarded aswell, I hope its not taking any longer, already waiting for like 2 weeks.
But its seems like BRM fixed that problem now, thanks if you did so. Thumbs Up Smile
