You might have tells, play a bluff like you would play a normall hand, but make sure you know the person you are bluffing will be willing to fold., and as said above. remember position position position.
keep ur opponents to a minimum when u bleff - bleffing multiple oponents is -ev. The best way imo is look 4 scare cards and orphan flops, i.e -adopting flops that are unlikely anyone has hit. all the best with your bleffs, u may become a bleffmeister...
I dont know on whats stakes you are playing, but I wouldn't 'bleff' at micro stakes too often, its pointless. If you 'bleff' at medium stakes and still fail, you're probably doing smth wrong, as someone alrdy said above.
