you can cashout your mobpoints to moneybookers/ neteller/kickoffpoker once you have 5000 mobpoints, moneybookers & neteller will take around a week while cashout to poker site is much quicker

Yes, you can have it transfered to a poker-account. Just click on <Mob Account> (upper right corner), scroll down to Mob Points, click on <Use Points> yeah thats the easiest way!
