Think its not BRM's fault in this case, but prolly lack of service of 10BET. If ur approved they forward it to their Promo / financial department wich means BRM has done his job.

Yeah, its the same for me. I applied for the bonus when there was bonuses left a couple of weeks, or even more, ago, and haven't heard a thing.
Not complaining, have got a shitload of other bonuses through Bankrollmob, but what is this about removing cookies? Has that got to anything to do with the bonus? Why? I dont get it?
(I know, I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed...)

???? BRM does give a damn. Why do you think admin "bothers" responding to the whinning and bithching It seems that there is a problem with this site, but that is out of BRM's control. Its free bonus if u get it , u get it, if not write an email to site.
BRM provides the resources/links to get the bonuses. Once they are sent to the poker site, BRM has no control over how long it takes to process since they are not in charge of doing that. I have applied for two and got one here at BRM, never cared about not getting the 2nd one because I feel if it is free and you get it that's cool and if you don't oh well. It's free $$ and you can't really complain when something is free. But good luck anyway

This bonus will most likely only work if you first remove cookies in your web browser. Most bonus's use a two-part system to link you to BRM to the poker room, that is a specific BRM code and a cookie. This site has no code to identify you joined because BRM sent you. This means the ONLY way 10Bet knows that your sign-up was a result of BRM promotion is a 'cookie' in your web browser. Failing to clear cookies before downloading 10bet software and joining may prevent the BRM cookie from being created/used as an old 10bet cookie could already be on your computer from another site (you may not even ever remember visiting 10bet before, but if you frequent poker sites, then this really isn't all that unlikely) As a result, without the valid/current BRM cookie, BRM would NOT be credited for your referal and your bonus would not process.
Don't get me wrong, I'm sure some people have cleared all browsing data carefully (I did ALL browsers on my PC before attempting sign-up) and still not received bonus. But I suspect maybe some people didn't receive because of a cookie related issue.
As I got mine next working day after sign-ip. (Still says verification in BRM btw) But i got $$ on 10bet

Thank you very much for taking the time to give me an the explanation! Things are clearing up. So, if I did not clear my cookies before i downloaded and signed up, there's not much I can do about it now?
This cookieproblem has never prohibited me from getting a bonus before, but I guess some time has to be the first...

It's hard to say, too many people haven't received any bonus yet for it to all be because of not clearing browsing cache/cookies.
But since this site is one of the few on here that doesnt use a referal code, I suspect it does account for some of the bonus's not being released.
But who knows, looks as though there is more to it than that (probably on the 10bet side I gather).
Also worth noting, is that though I received my bonus on Monday my BRM status still shows 'verification' which to me indicates that 10bet has NOT informed BRM that my bonus has been credited (meaning i don't get my BRM points, lol - i don't really care about that) but it is indicative of possible poor support on the 10bet side, since although I received my bonus, they didn't do it 100% correct (by informing BRM)

Nobody will be getting Mob Points for receiving the 10bet bonus because we don't get information back regarding any individuals who received the bonus, that's not part of our deal with 10bet as it would incur them extra work to update us about it - so everybody should just be in "verification" or "forwarded" mode, then our part of the job is done
But for 10bet, we're pausing the promotion now until we can figure out why so many people doesn't get the bonus.
It seems that there is a problem with this site, but that is out of BRM's control. Its free
