i signed up to poker770 through bankrollmob 6 days ago and still have not recived my bonus also ive tryed entering the bankrollmob freeroll on there but it wont let me im a member here so i dont know the problem is so ive emailed them about this ,well ive sent alot of emails about this and still no reply there customer service is rubbish ive even tryed phoning them up which has costed me money and i was put on bloody hold for 10 mins in which i hung up costing me money so do not join there site i will not be despoit any money there that poker site is a joke carnt wait to see how much money it cost me phoning them up on there number as i live in england..... gonna look for another site for the freebank rolls and better customer service who answer your emails any ideas any1 please this would really help me out many thanks oh as any1 eles had the same trouble as me on poker770 i dont trust that site what if i did deposited money and had a problem they still dont wont answer your email... there customer service is very poor so dont go there...
Some sites are hard work, I dont normally contact the support, they contact me. I would suggest FullTilt if your not already a member, I would take the free gift idea if I was not already a member.

Chances are its because your new here, jus give them time. You might not be on bankrollmobs list yet so when they check against each outher somethings dont match. Personall iv played 770 a long while back and had no probs what so ever and had my cash out made very quickly with no hastle. So id say its just a timing thing ATM, be patient im sure it will come.

Not tried to withdraw yet but had same problem with the freeroll. Customer support i've on;ly tried by email and it took them 2 days to reply and then they didn't actually answer my question - it wasn't a big deal as i was only asking if they could tel me how many raked hands i had but it didn't give me great faith in them either.
