After coming back from under 1200 chips to 4025, I had a great opportunity to double to 8k when dealt AA ... of course it's always in your mind that the person who shoves all in [most likely with KK, QQ or AKs] will hit like crazy -

true, it was the river annoyed me though. Plus, about 10min's later I was sat out [went to the loo] and came back to see I'd just folded AA! and in the same mtt I went out on QQ against AA What can ya do eh? Just not my night.

You ARE aware of the fact that AA doesnt instantly pwn all other hands? Its just the highest pair, and pair is the lowest hand you can get (after high card ofc), its not that good you know. Slow play it next time maybe?

I think everyone knows this. It's hardly rocket science. Look back at the hand history again and see I didn't all in, I raised - the guy with the KK pushed all in - I wonder does he know KK is only 2nd top pair huh? Apart from stating the obvious, would you have put down AA when forced all in? I very much doubt it. If he hadn't struck gold, his 2 main outs, I'd have taken it down.
Try loosing to 52o. I had A's in the SB when the button pf raised 3BB, so I reraised 3X's his bet. He shoved in so I called. He showed 52o and flopped a FH.
