I had a bad time at the tables recently and vowed to quite for a month (not much i know but it was ment to straighten me out a little not kill my game) I had a long run of poor luck and poor decisions (made by me) So after loosing approx $600 i took a month off, after a month of no poker i thought id go back to it with a re-newed vigor, but the reality is my game has got worse i played a few weeks ago and i am quite embaressed at the way i played I made some stupid calls when all i could beat was a very poor bluff and lost ofcourse i also started going crazy with loony bluffs my self pre-flop thinking "everyone will fold" offcourse they didnt. I think my table image was *drunk french man* Ive since not played for another two weeks! Any advise from anyone as to what i should do? Take more time off? Study some basics? Play lower limits to get my confidence back? Give up? HELP ME THIS IS KILLING ME.......lol

Allright U need help.
First of all, what I would do is study or read some content on several sites. Analyse ur hands, and since U admit U made bad plays, you really should pay more attention again to the basics.
It can also be that U are not winning at the limits, so maybe lowering a limit would be more of a progress to maintain bankroll / bad beats.
Bluff less, call / shove when U have a lock on your hand, and restart again. Leave the tables when ur up to 2.5- 3BI.
Make notes / tag all the players. Don't start 3 betting too much. lay down JJ and QQ after raise and reraise Play FULL RING ONLY no shorthanded
Study or read some articles about your odds and outs when facing decisions when ur having OESDraws or FDraws with a pair for example.
Lay down a hand on the river if u think ur beat but U have the intention to call.
EXCLUDE : Lightstealing, bluffs and floats or at least reduce it.
play 2-4 tables per time to get ur focus again, if u are a multitablers. If U have less then 30BI move down a limit. DONT play rebuy tournaments, Freezeout only. Try limit games if u don't play those. STAY AWAY from omaha PL to avoid huge swings.
and last :
buy a crappy mouse for 5$ if ur on tilt, U can crush that mouse in half. Better then wasting hundreds of $.

at least you can emprove your game... but what to do when the luck goes down on you? In the last month I dont know what to play anymore... the board allways misses me by a decade and some big pocket pairs get cracked by small sets... and I cant be a donk and just fold till AA or KK and then push all in, thats just not right and U cant get any money of it...

You know were you went wrong, thats a good start. Seams to me you came back thinking you was invincable and was going to kill the tables no matter what, then when you lost a few hands tilt grabed your nuts and gave them a squeeze. Grind for a while, ABC and get back in to the feel of the game, dont make random bluffs calculate them, take time in making big decisions, play lowere limits if you like, but remember lower limits can be more frustrating, dont let beats tilt you. When you start enjoying the game again you will start winning. If you going to play your going to play, time off will not improve your game, unless you use it to study.

I recomend you Keep playing, but as flangel said you also need to read some articles a review your hands every day (not only losing hands but also winings hands).
Try also to play more concentrate, to avoid "stupid calls" and be patience.
