I'm pissed. REALLY pissed. A couple of times before i've not received a ND offer from BRM because of it "Not being tracked' or other reason. Now i've deposited my own money, met the requirements and - 'poof' - "We have not been able to complete your gift request for Poker770.

This is due to the fact that the accountname you supplied with your request, "XXXXXXXX2" for Poker770, is either wrong or not valid."

Four times the same email - support is no help they just send me "check your account number and try again"
Aww crap! I KNOW it's right as I sign in every day. And yes, I cleared my cookies, used internet explorer and did everything as it should.

I'f they can't sort this out i'm going to advise everybody I know not to deposit with these guys - it's a crap shoot whether or not you'll get your return.

So I want to know - how many people have a problem with something similar with BRM? - not happy? - then let it be known.

Cept now for some reason I can't do a poll - *sigh*

I'm pretty new here, but I requested a ND offer at Mansion and I didn't have any problems.
What you said doesn't sound good. May be the Administrator could help you.

So far I thinks this site is serious, So I hope you can received your gift as the terms and conditions said.

Yes dude, this site is very serious... if you indeed followed the instructions well and also the terms and conditons, you'll indeed get what you're suppose to get. Yes it may take a while also so please just wait a little bit or if you have wait too long and still nothing, you must have did something wrong... this site is not gonna rob you $50, they have already paid members over $150k...

yea, didn't have any problems yet, i think this site is really decent. My first guess is that you did something wrong, but oh well it maybe be other reasons as well.. just be patient

BRM is ok, although some casinos have their objectives mixed up or are just ordinary racists. Usually I had problems with Playtech based casinos, not poker. I am guessing not much of their depositing players are from Croatia and they just refuse to give out no deposit offers for various reasons.

I will recommend one out of really many Playtech casinos, Class 1 casino. They are serious and even though Croatia is on special list they have such great support that they have put me in ordinary playthrough requirements, not 99x as it is. They have most unique support CREW in entire gambling branch, they got ahead DoylesRoom support.

Just wanted to let you know that we're working on it (your case), will try to get somebody to reply to you within a day - depending on how fast we can get some information.

I also had no problems with Bankrollmob. I requested around 7 nd offers. I have received 3, for 1 I need the requirements and the other ones are forwarding.

Ok, that's appreciated. Seems like most people think this is unusual so i'll accept that maybe i'm just unlucky.....if it can be sorted out that would be great.

I'm personally waiting to hear back from poker770 regarding your accout, so the wait time depends on how busy they are at the moment.

Ok, we have word back now - it doesn't look good. They say your account was created July 11th (which is around a week before you requested your gift, right?) - but they also say that you're tracked to a Polish affiliate (and we're not Polish).

I guess you know what that means Sad

What?!!...Polish!!.... How can that possibly happen?... I cleared all cookies just before clicking the link here so I don't understand how that's possible.
This is sick , a reall waste of time.

I won't be depositing using any more links from here that require cookies to make sure things work that's for sure - why can't we have a system where you put a code in when you register - other sites do it and guess what - it WORKS>.

Sorry but I followed the right procedure and got entirely the wrong result through no fault of my own

Incompetence.

ChitStripper, in your account you have to clic the request button to get the bonus right, take a screen shoot.
Im sure its not a fault on BRM part but it will show that 770 are wrong, it may help your case.
This is also bad for BRM if they cant track correctly.

Not your fault?..Sorry, if the system doesn't work - and it doesn't,I'm not tracked to you when I wanted to be and as you said you're missing out on the benefits of my being tracked to you - then you're responsible for that - so change the system.

The system DOES work - how else do you think all the others received their bonus and gift offers? I agree that cookie tracking is not the best and we always try to use bonuscodes when possible, but sometimes that just not possible.

Obviously we don't know who the polish affiliate is, such information is none of our business and there's probably some privacy policy issues too.
