It would be too small then, I remember having the same problem last time, cant be botherd trying to figure it out TBH, should be simple, delete upload. I guess theres a bug with it.

I recently changed avatars too, and I had the similar problem It seems it gives a glitch when ur uploading the picture. I tried it 2-3 times and then it worked, altho I had to resize pic into 7KB i tink.

I found out what's "wrong" - there's actually nothing wrong. It's the browser that caches the old image, as they (old and new) have the same file name, browser will just take the old one from cache and display instead.
But I added some numbers to the filename within the "change avatar" section so you can see the change immediately, in the forum you might have to update the page a few times though for your browser to find the new image.
