Casino Bonus Terms and Conditions
If you have received a bonus from b-Bets you are bound by the following terms and conditions. Unlike other casinos, we have ensured the bonus terms are as clear as possible for the player, so you are kept informed of the exact requirements of your bonus and when you can withdraw your money.

These Terms and Conditions also cover any special events, promotional offers and affiliate programs whose offers may vary from the promotions on-site.

1. Bonus types
1.1 Welcome bonus
The Welcome Bonus for new players is:

A 100% Bonus, up to �250, is available on your first deposit.
If you make a deposit of �20 or more you will also receive 100 free spins, 20 free spins for 5 days on Fruit Spin.
Note: Only a deposit using the 100% Welcome bonus will activate daily set of Free Spins.

If a player has activated the (total or part of the) 100 Free Spins bonus after making a first deposit and claiming the 100% Welcome bonus, winnings from those Free Spins will be considered as winnings from a no deposit Free Spins for depositors.

A welcome bonus may only be claimed once.
The welcome bonus is bound by minimum bet conditions, details of which can be found below. *Free Spins are available on an iSoftbet game Booster�.

1.2 Free bonuses � In the event that you have received a free bonus (a no deposit bonus), the payout is limited to 10x the bonus amount. To verify your account and claim your winnings, a deposit must be made in the last 60 days or within 30 days after the claimed winnings. All currently offered deposit methods, except PaySafe, can be used to verify your account. All remaining free bonus winnings (requested to be withdrawn and/or remain in balance) exceeding maximum amount granted for payout will be waived.

� The payout for Free Spins is limited to a maximum of �25 per Free Spins campaign when issued as a No Deposit Bonus. When the Free Spins are given as a deposit incentive, the maximum is limited to �50 per Free Spins campaign.

1.3 Exclusions and Limitations
Players from following countries are excluded from all and any free bonus offers, sign-up bonus, no-deposit free spins offered with games and bonuses, free bonus-money and all and any affiliate(s) related bonus and free spins offers:

Bulgaria, all countries outside the European Union, Czech Republic, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain.

This exclusion is valid for those players who never made a deposit and or did not make a deposit in the last 30 days. If a group of games is not available for you, b-Bets may decide at its own discretion to exchange the free spins for another game.

2. How to clear a bonus
You can clear your bonus for withdrawal by placing bets on any game type here at b-Bets. Win or lose, the amount wagered will be automatically deducted from the minimum wager requirement. Once the wager requirement has been satisfied, you may withdraw the bonus amount and all bonus winnings.

The percentage you have fulfilled your wagering requirement for: you can request a payout. If you fulfilled 20% of your wagering requirements, you can request a payout over 20% of your balance!

As an example, if you deposited �100, and you also claimed �100 welcome bonus, after several game rounds you fulfilled 20% of the WR, and your balance is �1000, you can cash out �200 (20%).

3. Minimum bet conditions
3.1 Buy � off option!
Here at b-Bets you can almost always request a payout, even when you did not fulfill your wagering requirements yet! You can request a payout for the share you have played through; so no nasty catches when you claimed your bonus!

An example: If you deposited �100 and also received a �100 bonus, after several game rounds you fulfilled 80% of the WR, and your balance is now �1000, you can cash out �800 (80%), the rest of the remaining WR will be bought off!

3.2 Casino and games
A minimum wager requirement is applied to bonuses. The minimum bet requirement for a 100% bonus is 30x (*Buy-off option applies!*) the bonus and deposit amount (unless otherwise stated). Each bet placed will reduce your minimum wager requirement.

Only slot machine games, Keno, Bingo and Scratch card games reduce your wager requirement (WR) at a 1 to 1 ratio. This means that your WR drops by 100% of the value of the bet placed. The WR reduces for different games as follows:

Slot games: 100%
Video poker: 15%
Roulette, live and table games: 10%
All other games: 20%
Sportsbook (explained below): 375%*

The minimum wagering requirements for a Free Spin campaign (no deposit free spin and/or deposit free spin campaign) is 60x the value of your Free Spin winnings.

3.3 Sportsbook* A sportsbook minimum wager requirement is 8x the bonus and deposit amount. For Full Sportsbook terms, we kindly refer you to the Sportsbook Bonus Terms .

4. Transfer of funds
4.1. Only real money funds can be transferred from casino wallet to sportsbook wallet and vice versa. In case there is an active bonus in any of the two wallets/balances, the balance will not be transferrable but will remain in the origin wallet.

4.2. In cases when the bonus in any of two wallets has been activated by mistake and not played, you can contact our support representatives and they will arrange the bonus to be cleared from your balance.

5. Payouts of winnings
5.1 The payout of winnings can only be requested from one wallet at one time.

5.2. The payout of winnings resulting from wagering of any bonus can only be requested at the moment when wagering requirements have been met or the buy off option has been used.

6. What you should know 6.1 If you wish to withdraw a bonus amount without having met the minimum wager requirements, you may choose a partial amount and the remainder of your balance will be set to zero. This is not reversible.

6.2 Bonus amounts and winnings are valid for 30 days, from the day of claiming. If you have not met the conditions of the bonus within this time, or made a partial withdrawal, the bonus will be forfeited.

6.3 Not all game types count 100% to the minimum wager requirements, see above for an overview of each game type.

6.4 A player does not have to receive a bonus. If you feel that a bonus have been credited to your account accidentally, you will need to contact our support team before placing any bets with the bonus amount. The bonus and conditions will then be withdrawn.

6.5 If it is decided that a player or group is abusing a bonus, b-Bets reserves the right to withdraw the bonus and conditions or close the player account without providing a reason.

6.6 Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the user�s total balance (including any given bonus) until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met is not permitted.

6.7 All decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and consequences may be dealt without prior warning.

6.8 B-Bets reserves the right to cancel or change the terms and conditions of a bonus at any time.

6.9 Wagering requirements and balances are given in the player lobby. This depends on the records received from the game providers and is meant as an indication only. In rare cases the amounts shown may differ from actual bets made, when a payout request is made the correct levels will be verified and a valid determination of your wager requirements and remaining amounts can be made.
