DELAY: Bonus payment delayed a few days due to holiday

Just to let you know, certain bonuses like Vulcan Poker, Titan Poker etc., will be delayed a few days due to holiday in the countries from where certain pokersites are run. Unfortunately we cannot do anything about this, so please don't ask our LiveChat/Support when your bonus will arrive.

It's uncertain how long the delay will be but we don't expect it to be more than a few days at the most.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

I am also actually waiting for a bonus but didn't yet thinked to contact you. I can wait it's not so urgent for me. And is this delay also for the gift certificates?? I have requested the 5000MOB points for the Party Poker last week and still nothing...

I already received a bonus of $10 at Vulcan Poker, at first I thought it was the Mob bankroll but then I realized that it has nothing to do with theMOb bankroll. It was only a promotion offered by the Poker site. In fact my BankrollMOb bonus status is still waiting for payment. Confused

Henry i think the $10 you got from Vulcan Is in fact the 10 that bankrollmob is offering. Hopefully im wrong but sure im not. Noone has had their status changed yet due to the holiday
Would also really need a holiday. Unemployment is hard work

I also was bugging the support team for my bonus when i waited over a week for it. I would like to say how friendly the support team were in replying to my emails and would like to wish them all a Happy New Year and thank them for being so helpful

I never heart about vulcan poker, is this a new room at the ipoker network (like Titan)? Than this was a good news and i can try a new poker room at this network and to wait some days for the bonus was also no Problem as a Bonus hunter Cool
