It ended up being Julian Cohen and Andew Watson who were the last 2 men standing in ANZOT (Australia New Zeeland Poker Tour) Queenstown. Andrew Watson had a 3-1 chip lead and most people had already counted out Cohen for the win. But somehow Cohen managed to keep a cool head and play his very best game, even though the difference between first and second prize was quite big.
Cohen managed to fight his way back into the game and overtake the chip lead. When he had the lead he also had full control over the game and could basically do whatever he wanted to. It didn't take long before he knocked out Watson and grabbed the first place prize of 73,630 AUD. This is Cohen's biggest cash ever in his poker career but hopefully not the last as he's a very talented player whose just at the starting blocks of his poker career.
