Bonus not received

First of all, check your Bonus Request Status. If you do not see the bonus in that list, it means one of the following:
  1. You have not requested yet, click here for more information on how to request a bonus.

  2. The bonus does not need to be requested, ie. the bonus is not handled directly by BankrollMob, but instead of the poker site directly. Check the instructions for the bonus to see whether or not it requires you to create a request.
If the bonus is listed there, just check the status of the bonus. Note that it takes 2-4 working days (Mon-Fri) for us to process a bonus, but it can take longer if we are busy. Expect some delays.

If you have general questions about bonuses, we recommend that you ask in our BankrollMob Forum, in most cases you will be able to get a reply from other members within hours, or maybe even within minutes, instead of contacting our support where it may take up to 48 hours for a reply.
