If you have not received this kind of e-mail and your bonus is rejected, then the decision is final and you will not be able to get this bonus. E-mails asking us why a bonus has been rejected will not be replied to, as all the information we have has already been sent to you in the "Your bonus has been rejected"-mail. Please try another bonus instead.
