Hi nuts1, could you explain what exactly "under 5" means? I am playing a sportsbetting game in Germany and I am used to odds like 1.67 3.21 2.88

I believe its exactly the same as soccer. Under 5 goals. Both teams at the end of the game must have scored in total under 5 goals. The same goes for over 5.

The thing that i find weird though (i havent actually watched a real game, only from what ive seen in movies) is that i expected in this sport way more goals than that. Smile

Thanks for the info. So these are no betting odds. You try to predict the goals scored by both teams. Have known these kind of bets only from basketball with a wider range. Are these bets with or without OT?

Better to ask nuts1 about the OT.
Have no idea what that is.
Basketball was a nice game to bet when they first brought it here as a betting option.
It was pretty easy since only option were 1 or 2 for fixed odds of 1.9 each
After they got hit hard from winning players they lowered the odds and they started using points advantages to one of the teams, so its kinda hard to land a winning coupon.

From my whole bet gambling history soccer was the most profitable so far Smile

OT is short for overtime. I don't know if the score after regular time counts or if goals scored in overtime also count toward the over/under.

There has been some differences in the past between bookies and this.
Unless specified the score that counts for the bet is the one for the regular match with the delays.

If the match cant end with draw and need extra time (if for example they are playing for a cup)
then the final valid score for the bet is the draw (You just add the up Smile)

But i know this is happening with soccer.
Have no idea if the same betting system goes with NHL. I have never placed a bet there.

So dont take this for granted and wait for a valid response from nuts1 or google it Smile

If you play online thought your bookie must have clarified this under terms and conditions
