Man! After reading the thread that Island posted with quality advice and watching dozn01 vids concerning SnG's I have gotten 2 more wins out of 3 games played. The 3rd game I fell out two positions prior to making it to the money.
Anyway a 1st place in a $2.20 - 45 Player SnG and a !st place in a $1.10 - 27 Player SnG. Attached below!

You won't believe this Island! I just won another 1st in a $2.20 45 player. I never thought! I know it's not a lot of cash, but wow! Thanks to All! And, as you can tell I'm not joking by looking at the serialization numbers of each one. Crazy!

Wow, very impressive GreenMohave. Three firsts in one day is pretty awesome I'd say, especially given the field sizes. That's a fair amount of return. I don't play those MTT SNG's but out of curiousity is winning a few a day an attainable goal?
Also I'm at Carbon to now, playing $5 DoN's mostly, If I some how run into you there though I'll say hi.

Very nice results Green, keep it going. Did the months away from poker help, or did you need a few days to get the feel for the game back?
I thought the thread Jack created was interesting, and it was too bad that it became the source of an arguement and got deleted. I think solid play is the backbone to successful poker playing, however a few cheap prospective hands with multiple players in the pot can yield a chip lead which will carry you to the final table (or close to it). I read Jack's posts however I didn't have time to view Dozn's videos, so I'll do that later.

Continued GL Green!
I thought the SnG thread I started was getting interesting as well, a real discussion was starting up, but I asked for it to be deleted becaused it turned unnecessarily ugly, and no need for that here IMO.
I´ll be re-posting the pertinent parts.
Please have a look at the Dozn videos, it was a perfect example of how NOT to play 1-table SnG´s. In the deleted thread he said he posted it for a laugh, but unfortunately he did NOT say so in the actual Video thread.
It´s a demonstartion of suckout after suckout and still coming in only 3rd.
It bothers me tremendously that new players actually think there was any decent play involved.
I will re-post all relevant comments on that video as well in that post.
To GreenMohave:
Multi-table SnG´s are a WHOLE different story from Single-table SnG´s. The aggression factor is much higher, the strategy completely different, and I´m assuming that is what is helping you get these excellent results. And I´m very happy for you for that. So keep it up!
And unbelievable that you won that 3rd one as well. This is no mean feat and simply amazing. I´ve never really played those multi-table SnG´s, but I might give it a shot and come back to you for tips. (no joke)
I know this is your game, and the time you´ve spent on them is obviously paying off. I´m very impressed.

Yeah! That'sd where I made my mistake. I didn't go through BRM which wasn't smart on my end. I would definitely use the bonus BRM offers and will pay more attention in the future.
And, Serpang! I've had a few days of luck, but today is a lot different. I've got one 2nd place in 6 SnG's so at this point I'm holding even today.
