Literally two hands apart. One was my play, another was a few sits to my "left". What are your thoughts, who played them better, what we should change? The weaknesses and benefits of both plays please.

This does happen frequently believe it or not. I've seen and had back to AA on more then one occasion, but not often. I've seen four different players get AA in back to back hands. I think that's the most I've ever seen though!

first hand : with 1 caller in front of you i would have raised at least 3 or 4 BB.
Now you go to the flop with 4 players, which could get nasty with your pocket aces. (if there was a pair on the flop) --> would you make the same raise ??
second hand : same here he should have 3-bet preflop, if your opponets folds you get the pot for free (no risks), if he calls you have a bigger pot and still have the best hand preflop

WOW... I saw someone yesterday get back to back AA and was amazed.... I was also amazed at how he won the blinds with the first and then lost his entire stack losing with the next. The probability gods must be against you in one or both hands so beware!

First hand - You did a min raise and then, after flop, you bet the pot: you just showed your game! Min raise to call players was nice, you called 3, but then everyone checked and you were last to talk, you can’t go betting the pot, it’s obvious everyone’s going to fold with that flop, as they did. You should have made another small bet, to try to increase the pot, everything was on your side, table cards were completely rainbow and off straight possibilities. Your bet was too low pre-flop, too high post-flop. Second hand - T.K.Lacor is second to talk, he is in a completely different situation. He called pre-flop (right move), he raises the bet of his opponent on the flop to make him put more chips on the table and, seeing he was all-in, he just laughed and instant called him. The flop was rainbow and low, the worst it could happen to T.K.Lacor was facing a low pair from his opponent, but he played well no matter what. T.K.Lacor let the bull ride and, in the exact moment, grabbed him by the horns and sticks a knot on his legs in less than 8 seconds: perfect!

I totally agree with the post that fakiry made, i personally think that both for protection and value you should bet strong pre-plop with aces on nlhe.
I also think you should always make a 3-bet if someone bet, and even go all in on a 4-bet

i never try and slow play aces,mainly because it hardly ever works i mean you don't want called by two or three players do you really? so now i always put in a hefty raise to get rid of the weaker hands and then see what happens come the flop. beware of your opponent getting a straight as this happens quite a lot in my opinion.

ok mate.
Never ever try to slow play aces. You always raise with aces preflop in order to build the pot and eliminate weaker hands. you must always remember that the more people in the hand with you the less likely you aces will holdup to win. people suckout and crack aces all the time mate. Aces after all are just 1 pair, and we all know how easy it is to bet one pair
Also seeing people get pocket aces back to back happons more then you would think. both online and live. My personal best was a sweet little hat trick which I managed to win with all 3 times.
I always love getting big pocket pairs back to back as most people don't think that if you just had big pocket pairs that youre gonna have then again already Even when playing live people always think your just bluffing the second or third time, I love it.

like people mentioned before me.. Your hand - you were out of position and you should raised a little more like 3-4BB. You dont want to play aces against 3-4 players but agains 1-2.. because its bigger chance that someone can hit straigh, 2 pairs, flush etc... but you were lucky
